Ingredients
- 175 gr dark chocolate
- 350 gr chestnut puree
- 250 gr mascarpone
- 4 dl cream
- 4 tbsp rum
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instruction
- chop the chocolate in fine pieces
- whip the cream with the powdered sugar
- mix the chestnut puree, with rum, vanilla sugar
- add the mascarpone till smooth
- then add the chopped chocolate pieces
- finally carefully mix the whipped cream to it
- put the mousse for at least three hours in the fridge
Suggestion
- you can do the recipes also with lactose free mascarpone and lactose free cream
- instead of rum you can also use whiskey, or cognac, whatever you prefer
- garnish the mousse with some chocolate powder
- you also can leave the chocolate away, if you want
