Strawberry Cream


  • 500 gr fresh, red strawberry
  • 500 gr yoghurt
  • 2.5 dl cream
  • 2-3 Tbsp icing sugar
  • juice from one lemon
  • some black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar


  1. wash the strawberry and cut 400 gr of them in pieces.
  2. marinate the berries with  some black pepper, 1-2 Tbsp icing sugar, some lemon juice and the balsamic vinegar, let it stand for half an hour
  3. purée the strawberry mix
  4. put the yoghurt in a bowl, add 1 Tbsp icing sugar and the rest of the lemon juice, mix it well
  5. add the strawberry purée
  6. whip the cream and add it to the yoghurt strawberry mix
  7. slowly stir everything and put it at least for 2-3 hours into the fridge
  8. decorate the strawberry cream with some fresh berries


  • easy to prepare a day in advance, so no stress when you have guests
  • instead of strawberry you can take any kind of berries you like
  • if you are in a hurry you also can take frozen berries
  • if you don’t like the pips  and you want to make the berry cream finer, then strain the berry mixture before adding it to the yoghurt
  • if you have, take strawberry balsamic vinegar instead of ordinary balsamic vinegar
  • for decoration and special taste I used the spice mixture “Alles Liebe” from Sonnentor. It has some fruits pieces, rose blossom, pepper and vanilla.
